The procurement + logistics team makes sure all food and supplies get to where it needs to, when it needs to. They source the best quality products and work every day to build relationships for life with our suppliers and partners.

They constantly explore the latest interior design trends and elements that express our soul within a well functioning restaurant. The dynamic environments our designers envision make our guests want to linger. For each restaurant, the design team considers the context of the location and community, and strives to design individually compelling environments that are truly best-in-class.
The best restaurant experiences start with exciting locations. The development team travels all over North America in search of fantastic locations in vibrant and dynamic markets. They work with developers, architects and designers to make each location spectacular and ensure the space captures the heart and soul of our people.
The brand and marketing team acts as the voice of the guest and guardian for the Earls brand. They seek out new consumer insights and translate them throughout the organization. They strive to keep the brand relevant and guests interested by developing breakthrough programs that help drive the business forward. They keep us on our toes and make sure we remain innovative and ahead of the curve.

The finance team exemplifies our “It’s your business” philosophy. They balance meeting the financial needs of the organization with providing exceptional customer service to our restaurant leaders and partners. Regional Controllers operate their own mini business by providing full-cycle accounting. The Payment Services team hones their skills by working in a high-volume and fast paced environment. Most importantly, they pay you!
Our construction team executes and builds out on the design team’s vision. This team manages building, maintenance and renovation of all our stores. They are hard-hat wearing project managers who can juggle multiple projects at once.
Just call them the “A-Team.” This team maintains the integrity of day-to-day operations. Together, they ensure every individual call and office visit is exceeded and that every Head Office partner is supported and prepared for maximum office workability.
