Earls Kitchen + Bar is a family-run business, launched by father and son, Leroy Earl “Bus” Fuller and Stanley Earl Fuller in the early ‘80s and is also one of North America’s most successful independent restaurant groups. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying the training and development needs of the organization.
  • Designing relevant content to inspire, educate and engage our people across the entire organization.
  • Working with the VP, Talent & Technology and the Director, Talent & Development on the strategy and execution of the training delivered to our stores and head office.
  • To continually review and upgrade our core training and leadership programs. (i.e. Business Partner training, Kitchen Partner training, Leader’s Gifts, Leading Teams and Being a Leader)
  • Design future content to support Partner and Leader training for new and existing employees.
  • Be able to lead, facilitate and train all programs at all levels of the organization.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Education
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Adult Education, Business or a related discipline
  • Ability to lead the planning, development and delivery of a comprehensive training system
Experience
  • Ability to engage and work effectively with a geographically dispersed team
  • Experience with a variety of learning delivery methods
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be an asset
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation and presentation skills
