Non - Food Purchasing Specialist

Procurement + Logistics

If you were a Marvel superhero, would your name be “The Negotiator”? Is your winning streak at Monopoly an urban legend?

Earls Kitchen + Bar is hiring a Non-Food Purchasing Specialist to work at our brand new head office in Gastown, the hub of Vancouver’s top-notch dining scene. In this role, you will work on our Procurement and Logistics team to ensure the flawless operations of our purchasing systems.

The person that is best suited for this role has phenomenal organizational skills, uses influence and persuasion to achieve phenomenal results, is detail oriented and is at their best working as part of a team (PS, this is a fun department, so if you are allergic to a good time, take note). You will work cross-functionally both internally in our organization and with many external suppliers to accomplish your work, both in person, over the phone and via email. Dynamic communication skills and a sense of urgency are a must for this position.

Earls Kitchen + Bar is a family-run business, launched by father and son, Leroy Earl “Bus” Fuller and Stanley Earl Fuller in the early ‘80s and is also one of North America’s most successful independent restaurant groups. There are about 7,000 employees at 68 locations from Vancouver to Miami. Earls started with a simple idea: a laid-back burger and beer joint. Earls' early success was based on innovation, the best ingredients and great service.
