I started at Earls about 12 years ago with Earls Port Coquitlam, it was a big change as I had moved from a career in the golf industry. When I had my first sit down with my regional about 3 months into my career I had stated I wanted his job and that was my goal! After spending 3 years in a Night Manager role at Poco and NVTP I was given the opportunity to take over Poco as the GM where I spent 4 years. I was then promoted to Yaletown where I spent another 4 years and it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my career so far. Today I am now the Regional Director of Ontario and I couldn't be happier. I am excited for the challenge to take on a new region full of great potential!
Throughout my Earls career I have learned so many things. It has taught me everything from people to profits, I can truly say that Earls has bettered me as a person and as a leader. Earls has allowed me to build my fundamental skills of running a business while being surrounded by great leaders and partners every step of the way. I am so grateful for the opportunities that working for Earls has given me, and the unforgettable people I have met throughout my journey.

Over the past 9 years with Earls I have gained so many friends, and met so many great people. I have learned how much we all impact each other, and how our presence can make the biggest difference to someone. I've learned that I am responsible for my happiness, and I can lead other to be happy. I have had the opportunity to work with so many great leaders that have shaped me into the person I am today.
At the age of 17 I was introduced to Earls from a good friend in high school. At the time I was an aspiring DJ and about to attend college for firefighting in the new year. My journey began at Square One as a part time recruit where my intension was to make a little extra money to help pay for school. Little did I know that a career would come of it. Shortly after I was promoted to a line cook where I discovered my passion for food and hospitality. I then obtained my first leadership position as a sous chef at Earls Vaughan. I later then worked at King Street as the Senior Sous Chef, and then attained my first Head Chef position at Earls Burlington at the age of 23. I always wanted to be apart of the US expansion and when it was announced that I was going to be the Chef in Chicago my dream came true. But my dream didn't stop there. I am now the Head Chef at Legacy West, and hope to become a Regional Chef in the near future.
