No matter what your title is, anyone can be a leader at Earls. To develop our leadership skills, all partners go through our three-part flagship leadership development program. There are four critical Leadership Commitments that support the Earls Experience. Our people act with integrity, are authentic, commit to something bigger than oneself and are cause in the matter.
We introduce you to the four pillars of leadership which are central to our philosophy that leadership is something more than an inherent talent or personality trait.
The biggest thing I learned was how to be an attentive listener. Engaging in choice-based listening and really hearing what my partners have to say has helped with my personal growth and has had a positive impact on my work.
Building on the foundations of leadership taught through Leader’s Gifts, partners gain more confidence in their ability to lead a team.
In Leading Teams, I learned how to build and be a member of a successful team. This has been beneficial in and out of Earls. I also learned about my strengths which helped me grow as a leader. When you play to your strengths and are genuine and authentic your possibilities are endless.
You will experience a personal transformation for you to become a leader - in any environment and no matter what conditions you’re confronted with.
My biggest takeaway from Being a Leader was that there are no set traits that a leader must have or not have. This enabled me to be and act in the best way possible to suit any situation.
