The Earls Experience

What's it like to work at Earls?

We believe in the gifts of being present, providing non-judgmental feedback, catching people doing things right and creating empowerment by asking questions to build trust, cohesiveness and commitment.

Our people are passionate about hospitality and food. Above all else, we just love what we do. In fact, Earls Kitchen + Bar was voted as the #1 place in Canada to work in 2016 by Glassdoor.

We Love Our People

Once a month, each head office team throws an epic themed party (wine is always involved). It's a great kickoff to the weekend and a change for everyone to connect and give recognition for a job well done.

We have a serious case of culinary wanderlust. Our Culinary + Development team travels all over the world to find inspiration and discover new flavours and ingredients for our globally inspired menu.

We're all about rewarding awesomeness. Every year, we recognize our top performing General Managers and Head Chefs at the Earls Experience Awards. Lucky winners are rewarded with a coveted culinary food trip. Partners and leaders are recognized regularly through our Partner Recognition program and annual regional Leader Partner Awards.

Through the Vision + Goals program, you will learn how to create a vision for your life and write, speak and share your goals to become your best self.

Our benefits program promotes health and wellness. Salaried leaders and head office partners receive a personal spending account to help support a healthy and green lifestyle. From gym memberships and car share programs to energy efficient products for your home, we’re all about helping you live a large and purposeful life filled with fun.

It’s the essence of entrepreneurship at Earls. You won’t find any bureaucracy or red tape here. We want you to love your job so each and every person is encouraged and empowered to make their own decisions to support the business in the best way possible.

We offer financial support to kitchen partners looking to pursue a culinary career and their chef certification through the Red Seal program in Canada and the American Culinary Federation (ACF) in the US.
