The individual that will thrive in this role has a pulse on everything going on in the organization that has to do with our people. It requires someone that has a keen eye for detail, asks thoughtful questions, and loves to set people up for success as they make career transitions.

The People Operations Team is a small but mighty team that provides exposure to all facets of Human Resources. This is an incredible opportunity for growth and development as you embark on your career.


Earls Kitchen + Bar is a family-run business, launched by father and son, Leroy Earl “Bus” Fuller and Stanley Earl Fuller in the early ‘80s and is also one of North America’s most successful independent restaurant groups.   • Maintain and design administrative tools such as employment contracts, intranet updates, etc. within the People Operations department which enable Earls to support leaders, drive engagement and mitigate risk.
  • Ensure great Partner experience through ongoing development, administration and execution of immigration, transfers, Head Office onboarding and partner exiting processes.
  • Accountable for development, implementation and maintaining the health and safety program at Head Office. Support Operational health and safety compliance by researching changes in health and safety regulations, communicating changes and routine audits.
  • Coordinate and manage communications with operations and head office regarding new collateral, department initiatives and meetings.
  • Support global Operations and Head Office through research and education in immigration, employment law and compliance updates.
  • Support the People Operations Team with research, development and administration of tools regarding legal and employment law practices and special projects.
  • Degree/Diploma in HR, Business or a related field
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Proficient in with Microsoft applications including excel, word documents and powerpoint
  • A love for the hospitality business, you are a natural host and enjoy food, drink and fun!
